L'Oreal Professionnel Mythic Oil Giveaway - Winners Announced!

Sorry Sorry Sorry everyone for keeping you all waiting for this. I know I should have declared the names of the winners long back but things got really busy at work and I could barely get time to read through and validate all entries. But now I have done that and I have the names of the four ladies who will get a travel set containing a L'Oreal Professionel Mythic Oil Nourishing Shampoo (75 ml) and a Nourishing Masque (75 ml) each. I got some pretty amazing tips to get healthy, shiny and glossy hair and boy was it tough to choose the winners!

So without any further delay, here are the names of the four winners of the L'Oreal Mythic Oil Giveaway and the tips that they shared. Congratulations!

Priyanka Chowdhury -

Healthy hair is the way to strong and lustrous hair and my hair care tip that I consistently follow is:
1. Oil my hair every week with a homemade oil, which consists of olive oil, a teaspoon of castor oil, methi seeds and 5 drops of lemon grass essential oil. The methi seeds are put whole in the bottle with the oil mixture in it. I usually keep the bottle out in the sun until it warms up and then apply the oil and keep it overnight. This helps to keep my hair shiny, straight, soft and silky and also helps to keep dandruff at bay.
2. I then wash off the oil with a mild shampoo
3. And as a last step, I rinse my hair with apple cider vinegar.

Coral Crue -

What I follow is an ancient Kerala hair mask which is used for luscious, healthy and glossy hair.
Before you get ready to apply it: Freshly pluck the leaves and flowers of a red hibiscus plant, if you have long hair, take quite a bit. Wash the leaves and flowers in water. Grind all of this with a very little quantity of water just enough to form a paste. make sure the paste is very well ground and strain it. Use this thick paste with a dash of forest honey and 1 tsp sweet almond oil to hair. Apply generously on scalp and hair and leave for 30 minutes, rinse off. You will have amazing hair. This was given to me by a 98 year old elderly lady from our family. At the age of 98 she had lovely, long black hair with very few greys.

Nishat Anjum -

My best tip to get healthy and glosy hair: I use almond oil to massage my hair .leave it overnight.once in a week I apply lemon juice +curd +egg mix well and massage it .leave it for 45 min.then shampoo..it brings me a wonderful shine:).for conditioning i use fenugreek seed(Methi dana) and tea.boil both together for half an hour after shampooing rinse hair with this water.it makes a wonderful shine.I use Amla for my hair in a diet and sometimes I boil it in a water nd use boilled water for my hair..it nourishes my hair....
more important eat haelthy diet for long and strong hair.

Eshita Roy -

Your hair , I believe is the reflection of your inner health , so I do not forget to include a lot of greens , and a fruit each day in my diet and take a multivitamin and mineral capsule every alternate day (With Doc's permission , of course!! )
Also I am totally given to the goodness of oil therapy and this is what i pamper my tresses with occasionally :
Almond Oil – 40 ml
Coconut Oil – 40 ml
Castor Oil – 10 ml
Aroma Magic Stimulate Oil – 5 ml
Aroma Magic Lavender Oil – 5ml
Vitamin E capsules (Evion)– 3 capsules
and follow up with towel therapy and this has most definitely helped me combat dryness and added the much needed shine to my hair .

Thank you for your wonderful tips ladies. Will definitely try them out :).. Thank you all for participating and don't be disappointed if you did not win. Many more giveaways are coming up :)
