Pout Pretty's 1st Birthday Giveaway Sponsored By Lakme - On till 15th July

The day was June 24, 2012 and I had come back home at 3.30 am after a tough day at work. Not able to sleep, I started browsing beauty blogs and youtube videos and suddenly thought why not start my very own blog. I had absolutely no clue about beauty blogging, had never written any article related to beauty and makeup and I knew zilch about how to go about creating a blog. I turned to google, spent about an hour reading up and just went ahead and got a blogspot id, decided on the blog name, layout, template etc and started writing my first ever post, a review of MAC's Party Parrot lipstick. The blog that I started on a whim has now become my passion and addiction. In the last one year, I have learnt so much, met so many wonderful people and made such great friends. The love and support that I've received from all of you is overwhelming and I really have no words to thank you. Each and everyone of you is very special to me and I hope that you will continue to love the blog and inspire me to give you something worthwhile to read every time you open Pout Pretty.
