Inside My October Fab Alley Jewel Box

I received the October Fab Alley Jewel Box last month but missed out on showing the contents to you so here goes. As always, I picked the Glam box and loved the jewels that were sent to me. So sparkly, colorful and perfect for this season!

I got two neck pieces and a pair of earrings. I love anything that is chunky and has crystals and rhinestones and these pieces have a lot of them! They are totally my style and all of these for Rs 1000 is pretty good don't you think?

I have subscribed to the Fab Alley jewel box earlier as well and have always loved what I got. Click here to see the September box and also know more about how the Fab Alley Jewel Box works.

Inside My September Fab Alley Jewel Box

It's been a while since I ordered a Fab Alley jewel box because I was just not getting something that I really liked. However, last month while checking out the boxes online, I fell in love with the Glam box (again!) and went ahead and booked it.

For those who are absolutely clueless about what I'm writing about, click here. You will be directed to the Fab Alley jewel box page where you can take a quick style quiz and based on your answers, a box will be recommended for you. You can be either Boho, Casual, Glam or Classic and each box will have three jewelry pieces to reflect your personality. You can obviously take whatever box catches your fancy but the quiz is good fun (gets boring when you have to do it every month though!). I absolutely love the concept of a jewel box and for Rs 1000, it's not a bad deal. The quality of the products are quite good and they look pretty too. The only thing I find irritating is the fact that it takes a month for the box to arrive. I placed my order for the Sept box sometime early last month and it got delivered only today. Wish they speed up the delivery process quite a bit.

In my September Glam box, I got two neckpieces and a earring. The earring is slightly OTT and one that I definitely can't wear everyday but it does look good. I loved the neckpieces and so did everyone at work today. Wore the smaller one and there were quite a few appreciative glances towards me. I've gone ahead and booked a box for October too. And yes, it's again a Glam!! Bling and OTT is just me!!

Take a look at what I got in the September box.

What's Inside my May Faballey Jewel Box!

Last month, I shared with you the concept of a Jewel box that's been started by faballey.com. For those of you who are unaware of what is a Jewel box, it's pretty similar to that of a beauty box. You pay Rs 1000 and get three jewelry pieces every month. What you have to do is pretty simple. Go to their website, take a quick style quiz and based on your replies, faballey will recommend a Classic, Boho, Casual or Glam Box for you. Not that you have to only take what's recommended but it's fun to take the quiz. The only hitch is that these boxes are available for only a short period and they get shipped quite late. For e.g, if you subscribe to a June box, then it will be dispatched only mid-July and you will get it by the end of the month.

I booked myself a box for May as well and that got delivered yesterday. I'm going through a major sparkle and shine phase and anything blingy and sparkly, I'm instantly attracted to so this month I chose the Glam box. And I am very happy with what has been delivered. The pieces are a bit OTT but then you should always have something like these for special occasions. I like that they don't look cheap or tacky and the quality of the stones is pretty good. I think I got a good deal for Rs 1000. Out of the three, my favorite is the orange neckpiece. Which one do you like? Take a look at the pics..

If you want to book a June box, you have time till the 30th to do so.

What I got in my first ever Jewel Box from Faballey!

Let me start off this post by saying that it is not sponsored and I have not been paid anything in either cash or kind to write this. The main intention is to share with you a concept that I find to be rather unique as well as pretty decent value for money for everyone who loves jewelry, specially statement/artificial jewelry.

We have all heard about the concept of a beauty box, where you are sent 3-4 samples of beauty products in a box every month. Faballey.com has come up with the concept of a Jewel Box, where you pay Rs 1000 and get three jewelry pieces in a box every month. I came across this jewelry box ad on their website couple of months back and got quite interested. What you have to do is pretty simple. Go to their website, take a quick style quiz and based on your replies, faballey will recommend a Classic, Boho, Casual or Glamour Box for you. Not that you have to only take what's recommended but it's fun to take the quiz. The only hitch is that these boxes are available for only a short period and they get shipped quite late. For e.g, if you subscribe to a May box, then it will be dispatched only mid-june.

These Rs 1000 boxes are decent value for money because the products original MRP totals to Rs 2000 (as per faballey), so there's a discount of Rs 1000 and the pieces are quite good. They don't look tacky or cheap, are of good quality and are pretty good to look at. And they obviously change every month. I subscribed to one in April and got my box last week. Take a look at the contents..

Accessories Shopping from Fab Alley

I've lately been obsessed with angel wings!..Remember that Axe ad 'Angels Will Fall'? The ad was really corny but I loved those wings and wanted to get some jewelry in that design, specially a ring. I searched high and low but couldn't get one that really made me go wowww. That's till I stumbled upon the website faballey.com.

This is now officially my favorite online store to shop from! Absolutely love their collection of jewelry, bags, shoes, scarves and now even clothing. Not sure if the clothes will fit me though but they sure look pretty. Found this gorgeous Gothic Angel Knuckle Ring on the website and I was in love!. Thankfully faballey was having a 25% off sale last week so I couldn't resist the temptation of picking up a hot pink patent leather bag as well. I'm also obsessed with Hot Pink btw...

Got the package delivered yesterday and I'm so happy with the products. The ring was for Rs 350 and the bag for Rs 1500. Got a discount of Rs 375 and including the COD charge of Rs 50 (why faballey??? me no like this) , the total came to Rs 1525. Thankfully, shipping is free.

Here's a closer look at my shopping.

What do you think? Liked what I bought?
